Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a data governance framework for HR data, including policies, procedures, and standards for data collection, storage, access, and use.
Partner with HR Leadership Team and IT stakeholders to identify and address data quality issues within HR systems.
Oversee the development and implementation of data cleansing and standardization processes.
Design and implement a data security strategy for HR data, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Lead a team that creates user-friendly reports and dashboards that provide HR leadership and business stakeholders with actionable insights on workforce trends, and talent management.
Collaborate with IT to develop and maintain data warehouses and reporting tools to support HR reporting.
Foster a culture of data ownership and accountability within the HR department.
Stay up-to-date on HR data trends and best practices in data governance.
Identify and implement new technologies and tools to improve data management and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in data governance, data quality management, or HR analytics.
Proven experience developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures.
Strong understanding of HR data and its role in strategic decision-making.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
