We’re seeking a Sr Incentive Compensation Analyst to support variable pay plans and incentive programs that power our automotive sales, financial services, after-sales, and supporting functions. This role focuses heavily on market and store operations pay programs — commissions, targets, and bonus structures — ensuring they are competitive, motivating, and aligned with business goals. The HR Partner provides Human Resources support in multiple areas of HR Administration (associate orientation and relations, compliance, new hire and other HR documentation) for all assigned dealership locations.
