Safety First- Demonstrate safe work practices in accordance with all compliance and regulatory requirements including Life Safety Elements and hold others accountable to do the same. Essential functions:<ul><li>Sets up and operates fabricating machines, such as brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, and drill presses</li><li>Responsible for accurately measuring and precisely cutting materials involved in the assigned work</li><li>Operates CNC machines to meet parts per hour requirements</li><li>Work at different workstations as production needs require</li><li>Learn to do simple setups, change punches and die sets, bits and saw blades</li><li>Good communication skills relative to supervisor and other related departments.</li><li>Ability to work with other team members to accomplish the job</li><li>Ability to maintain the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery and equipment by cleaning, lubricating and adjusting parts.</li><li>Assist in accurate and timely inventory control management both physically and transactionally</li><li>Other duties as assigned by his/her manager to ensure the best possible Safety, Quality and Cost deliverables for Lindsay.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Knowledge of metal cutting and punching processes and equipment.</li><li>Good communication skills relative to supervisor and other related departments.</li><li>Math skills including good understanding of adding, subtracting, multiplication and division.</li><li>Ability to read tape measure, calipers and blueprints drawings.</li><li>Ability to lift 50 pounds.</li><li>Trained in forklift operation a plus or willing to be trained in this area</li><li>Trained in Overhead Crane Operation or willing to be trained in this area</li><li>Must be able and willing to program all CNC Equipment.</li><li>Must be able to communicate with supporting resources such as Software support and Equipment Technicians.</li><li>Must operate safety equipment/devices and help provide a safe working environment by maintaining good housekeeping practices</li><li>Must be able to Communicate in English </li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Benefits of Lindsay Corporation:<ul><li>Health, Dental, Vision Insurance beginning the first of the month following your start date.</li><li>Company paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability effective first of the month following start date.</li><li>Voluntary Life, Accident, Long Term Disability, and Critical Illness plans available.</li><li>401(k) retirement plan – company match $0.50 on the dollar up to 6%, five-year vesting.</li><li>Accrued PTO up to 15 days per year.
