It will involve extensive collaboration with multiple partners across numerous business units, functional areas, and geographies.&nbsp;The Senior Analyst, ORM Policy Framework will:<ul><li>Support the creation and revision of the ORM framework (Policies, Guidelines, and Procedures), ensuring they effectively manage risk and comply with evolving regulations and industry standards</li><li>Assess the establishment of the overall ORM committee structure and escalation protocols, ensuring comprehensiveness of all operational risk pillars.</li><li>Support the development and design of ORM Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), measuring the ORM framework and associated policies</li><li>Provide guidance and challenge for ORM framework development and refreshes, including policies, standards, procedures and training materials.</li><li>Assist in gathering materials and managing agendas for forums designed to communicate ORM framework changes</li><li>Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices, and identify opportunities to monitor, evaluate and integrate regulatory changes into OR framework &amp; trainings</li><li>Facilitate the development of a strong risk culture throughout the enterprise, emphasizing risk awareness, accountability, and informed risk-taking within the bounds of the risk appetite</li><li>Work closely with other control functions (i.e., Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit) to ensure an integrated and comprehensive approach to risk governance, addressing internal findings related to ORM</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Finance, Business, Risk Mgmt., or related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc) or certifications are advantageous</li><li>1-2 years of experience in operational risk management (e.g., within Risk and/or Audit function) and understands critical operational risk management lifecycle activities</li><li>Experience in at least one of the following: Creating and/or maintaining operational risk frameworks including policies, guidelines, and procedures to effectively manage risk and comply with regulations and industry standards; Establishing and communicating the enterprise’s operational risk appetite statements and key risk indicators; Overseeing the adoption and consistent application of an operational risk management framework; Performing evaluations of operational risk governance framework’s effectiveness, identifying improvement opportunities and overseeing the implementation of enhancements</li><li>Knowledge of OCC Heightened Standards, Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) 239, and other regulatory changes and industry best practices, leading regulatory engagement and providing oversight of processes to monitor, evaluate and integrate regulatory changes into operational risk framework and trainings</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively</li><li>Excellent qualitative analytical skills</li><li>Project management skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Experience in process governance, with a track record of establishing and overseeing robust decision-making processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards</li></ul>Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
