The Global Sales Enablement L&amp;D team within GCS is charged with driving productivity for our Sales &amp; Account Development colleagues through effective skills trainings &amp; communications and compliant materials to gain the knowledge they need to be effective in their roles.The Knowledge Management Center Of Excellence (COE) team within Sales Enablement L&amp;D is seeking a Manager to drive forward key initiatives in support of the 2025+ Field Resource Center (FRC) strategy and plan. The FRC is the main, sanctioned content repository leveraged by Sales &amp; AD colleagues globally to access approved, compliant external customer-facing and internal learning &amp; process documentation and information.&nbsp; This role will work in close partnership across the L&amp;D Knowledge Management &amp; Training teams, GCS business partners, Controls Management and SPT Capabilities to be part of the team driving forward the FRC content management and optimization strategy. The ideal candidate for this role is a data focused, strategic and executional problem solver with the intellectual curiosity, integrity and business maturity to deeply understand the criticality of supplying updated, effective, compliant and easy to access content and information when it is needed to our Sales &amp; AD colleagues, while maintaining the focus on system controls to remain compliant.Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Gaining &amp; maintaining a thorough understanding of GCS content management within the FRC&nbsp;by fully immersing in the Field Resource Center (FRC) capability and functionalities to develop deep understanding of content management and ongoing subject matter expertise.</li><li>Developing a thorough understanding of current Field Resource Center (FRC) content inventory and partnering on editorial review of content submitted by GCS content owners to FRC.</li><li>Updating and maintaining GCS Content Quality Guide including ongoing training, office hours, etc for GCS content owners</li><li>Identifying, defining and obtaining key FRC content performance data points including gathering data, performing analysis and preparing and presenting ongoing progress updates as required, as well as identifying new opportunities to measure success.</li><li>Implementing, monitoring and assessing components of the GCS FRC Content Planning &amp; Gating strategy.</li><li>Monitoring US Knowledge Management COE mailbox and ensuring queries are replied to by appropriate team members.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven track record of building and implementing plans particularly around content management and with a strong focus on leveraging data to drive outcomes</li><li>Technical tool familiarity and experience driving plans for optimization within</li><li>Experience working with internal governance and partner teams (ideally Controls Management, Marketing, Product etc)</li><li>Outstanding relationship building skills and business partner management capabilities</li><li>Proven project management skills with a focus on process development, execution, change management, tracking &amp; pivoting as needed</li><li>Ability to set priorities and lead tasks to deliver results within short time frame while implementing longer-term strategy</li><li>Critical thinking and problem-solving skills and ability to work well and efficiently with team members in white space, contributing ideas and potential solutions</li><li>Strong oral and written communications skills</li></ul>Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
